Add 20-60 drops of Good Night Blend to 4 oz of Organic Infused Massage oil or Sesame Oil and use as a body oil. Apply to the body in the evening before bed after a shower or bath while body is still warm and moist. This is a great oil to use in a massage blend at night. Put a few drops on a tissue and put under pillow for a restful night's sleep.
