Suggested Dosage
Use 2 teaspoons of dried herbs per one cup of warm water. Allow herbs to sit in the warm water for 3-5 min to make an herbal infusion. Add four cups of the warm infusion to a commercial sitz bath or bowl. Place on a toilet seat. Soak the bottom in the warm liquid for 15 to 20 minutes. Use as needed.
