Suggested Dosage

Shake well before use. Start slowly and build up over time until symptoms improve.
- Ages 1 - 12: start with 1-3 drops
- Ages 13+: start with 2-5 drops
The suggested dose after build-up is 20 drops.
Dosage can be increased over time as needed with no max dose.
Safe for ages 1+.
Use with caution while pregnant (due to berberine content in Oregon Grape Root) or nursing (Peppermint may affect milk supply).
Not for those with amalgam/metal tooth fillings due to chlorella.
